Skull Base Tumors

International patient

Skull base tumors are the brain tumors which grow in a particular location at the base of the skull. They are usually bigger in size and are present with cranial nerve involvement or hydrocephalous. Excision of such tumor is challenging and takes much long operating time as they develop typically at the deep locations close to the critical neurovascular structures. The operating instruments required are to be of high-class quality like operating microscope, smooth anesthesia, neuro-monitoring, amenities for post-operative ventilation and a team of experienced doctors.
